UBS, Director of Leadership Learning Journeys 2019 - 2024

I conceptualized, led, and managed multiple top-tier executive and leadership L&D programs, resulting in the Brandon Hall Gold Leadership Award 2023 and Development & Sales Performance Award 2023. I conducted consultations with global stakeholders to pinpoint skills gaps and create tailored blended learning solutions. I spearheaded development and oversight of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables and navigating challenges, earning recognition with the Best Hybrid Program 2022 award. I demonstrated the value proposition of programs to stakeholders through scalable measurement plans tied to HR and financial KPIs, e.g. net new money, net new assets.

KPMG, Director of Learning Analytics 2014 - 2018

I envisioned a measurement and evaluation workstream for the Audit Business School and I built it! I constructed processes where learning outcomes could be consistently and effectively determined using industry standards. I identified best practices for learning professionals to follow and built a curriculum to grow their skills based on speed to competency. I drove scalable application of Kirkpatrick 4 Levels across the entire Audit curriculum by Portfolio Managers. I identified key performance indicators to link business outcomes to learning initiatives.

KPMG, Associate Director-Instructional Design, Curriculum Management 2008 - 2014

I managed highly complex blended development programs for leadership, and other cross functional audiences. I led the strategic initiative to build the curriculum management workstream. I oversaw technical curriculum design, development, delivery and evaluation. I directed the visioning process for identification and formulation of program specific goals. I build relationships with stakeholders to move their perception of L&D representatives from colleagues to strategic partners on priority projects.
